I've been wanting to give vegan butter a shot. Today I'm making a spicy salty version. Makes 4 butter cubes.
INGREDIENTS
1 cup unrefined virgin coconut oil (refined for a less coconut taste)
1 cup olive oil
1 tsp of JF Spicy Salt
PROCESS
Gently heat coconut oil and olive oil in a small stovetop pan. Whisk until melted. Add a tsp of JF Spicy Salt. Once melted, combine all ingredients into a stand mixer bowl. Add stand mixer bowl into the freezer and wait for mixture to solidify. Add solidified mixture into silicone ice cube molds. Put back into freezer until ready to serve.
