INGREDIENTS:
Fish Tacos:1 fillet wild caught cod, sliced into smaller pieces
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp JF Universal Salt
2 Tbsp avocado oil
Cilantro Lime Crema:
1 cup coconut yogurt
1 clove of garlic
2 big handfuls of cilantro
1 lime, juiced
JF Spicy Salt, to taste
TOPPINGS:
Grain-free tortillas
Avocado
Hot sauce
JF Pickled Onions
Radishes, sliced thin
PROCESS:
Fish TacosIn a small bowl, combine the oregano, smoked paprika, cumin, garlic powder, and JF Universal Salt. Mix well. Use this spice rub to season the fish.
In a large saucepan on high heat, heat the avocado oil until glistening. Cook the fish for approximately 2 minutes on each side.
Cilantro Lime Crema
In a blender, combine the coconut yogurt, garlic clove, cilantro, and lime juice. Blend together until smooth. Season with JF Spicy Salt to taste. Serve on top of your fish tacos.
