Shipping & Delivery:

Ground
East Coast orders must be placed by 5/9 for best chance of holiday delivery.
West Coast orders must be placed by 5/4 for best chance of holiday delivery.

2nd Day Air

Overnight
Orders must be placed by 5/10 for best chance of holiday delivery.

ORDERS

Orders can be placed online at www.jenniferfisherjewelry.com any time or by phone, 1-888-255-0640, Monday-Friday from 9:00am to 6:00pm EST. Personalized fine jewelry orders will be confirmed by a sales representative during weekday business hours. Please note that once a fine jewelry order goes into production, we are not able to modify or cancel it. An email with tracking information will be sent when your order ships. Orders with multiple items will ship when all items are finished and/or in stock unless otherwise specified by the customer. JENNIFER FISHER reserves the right to refuse sales or cancel orders placed by a customer in violation of the site’s terms or as otherwise determined by JENNIFER FISHER.

  FINE JEWELRY

All fine jewelry is handmade in New York. All orders are produced once full advance payment is received. Fine jewelry takes approximately 4-6 weeks to produce and ship. It may be possible to expedite an order for an additional fee, please reach out to our sales team (contact@jenniferfisherjewelry.com or 1-888-255-0640) after your purchase. If we can accommodate, we will provide you with the additional cost and charge your credit card accordingly.

Finish: All fine jewelry is available in Polished (high shine) or Matte (satin look) except for Chains, which are Polished. Our most popular finish is Polished. Once an item is complete the finish may not be altered.

  CUSTOMIZATION

Stamping: We offer hand stamping on many pieces. All stamping details and information can be found on the respective product pages. We use basic block font for all characters and capitals for all letters. All characters (with some exceptions) come in three sizes: small, medium and large.

Inset Characters: Our Family Enamel, Family Gothic and Family Minimal Block collections are individually designed and produced.  Sizing and placement of characters will be finalized by our team, unless otherwise requested by the customer when the order is confirmed. Additional characters may not be added after the piece is finished. We recommend Polished finish on these collections.

Burnish Diamond Setting: We offer burnish diamond setting for characters on many pieces. Each diamond character is hand engraved and set. We use basic block font for all characters (with some exceptions) and capitals for all letters. Sizing and placement of the characters will be finalized by our team, unless otherwise requested by the customer when the order is confirmed. Additional characters may not be added after the piece is finished.

Please note that images of all characters and enamel pieces are for visual reference only, the actual product may vary slightly in shape, size, and color from what is pictured. Diamonds quantities used may also vary.

  BRASS JEWELRY

Brass orders ship within one business day if the item is in stock. Out of stock items may take 6-8 weeks to ship. An email with tracking information will be sent once your order ships.

  SHIPPING

Orders over $1,000 require a signature, please make sure you, or someone you designate, is available to sign for delivery as you are solely responsible for the acceptance. We are not responsible for delayed delivery, or any other issues once your order ships. If your order is sent back by the shipping company for failure to deliver, you are responsible to pay for re-shipping. We do not accept customer shipping accounts.

Domestic: All ground shipping (excluding Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico & Guam) is free of charge. Overnight and 2nd day shipping is available for an additional fee. Orders may not be shipped to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

International: We ship all over the world (excluding Russia, Brazil, Uruguay and Curacao) utilizing a few different carriers, international rates apply to all orders. We are not responsible for duties, taxes or other fees associated with international shipments and for any delays or other issues that may arise.

Messenger: Same day delivery in NYC is available Monday-Friday 9am-3pm EST. Orders placed after 3:00 pm will be delivered the following business day. Please make sure you, or someone you designate, is available to sign for delivery as you are solely responsible for the acceptance.

  CORRECTION OF ERRORS AND INACCURACIES

We do our best to present the most recent, accurate and reliable information on the website at all times. However, the information may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change and update information at any time without prior notice, including after order placement and confirmation. We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for anything listed incorrectly regardless if the order was confirmed and your credit card charged.

  PAYMENT OPTONS

We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Amazon Pay, PayPal and Cash (in the store). We do not accept Discover cards, checks or money orders. Full payment is due before any order is processed and produced.

  RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Fine Jewelry: All sales are final. Chains may be exchanged at our discretion within 10 days of purchase. We are pleased to offer a one-time complimentary cleaning within one year of purchase. Customer is responsible for all related shipping costs for returns and exchanges.

Brass Jewelry: We accept returns for store credit and exchanges within 10 business days of delivery. Items, including packaging, should be returned in original selling condition along with proof of purchase. Merchandise condition is subject to our assessment. Customer is responsible for all related shipping costs for returns and exchanges. No refunds.

All sale items are final. No returns or exchanges. Brass rings may be exchanged for an alternate size while supplies last.

Salt, Fragrance, Merch: All sales are final. No returns or exchanges. Excluded from all sales and promotions.

Please note that we do not accept JENNIFER FISHER jewelry purchased from any outside retailer.

  RETURN AND EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS

  REPAIRS

Fine Jewelry: Please reach out to the sales team (1-888-255-0640 or email contact@jenniferfisherjewelry.com) for a repair or alteration to your Jennifer Fisher fine jewelry. Customer is responsible for cost of repair or alteration as well as shipping, unless it is within 30 days of purchase and it is determined that there is an issue with the product.

Brass Jewelry: Repair options include re-plating and/or post replacement as needed. Customer is responsible for cost of repair and shipping.

  PROMOTIONS

Any promotions offered by JENNIFER FISHER will state the time frame in which they can be used, along with any other limitations or excluded products. JENNIFER FISHER reserves the right to alter or cancel any promotion without notice. If a promotion is used incorrectly or being abused, JENNIFER FISHER has the right to cancel orders and ban the usage of any further promotional material by such user(s). Only one discount code per order.  

  SITE IMAGERY

JENNIFER FISHER provides images of each item on the site and endeavors to show as much detail as possible. However, viewing images online has its disadvantages as the size and color of the images may vary across digital screens and mobile devices. Measurements of select pieces are provided to help visual size.

  MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICE/TERMINATION

JENNIFER FISHER reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof). You agree that JENNIFER FISHER shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Service. You acknowledge that JENNIFER FISHER reserves the right to deactivate accounts, cancel orders, and/or refuse to accept orders from users that violate the Terms or for such other reason as determined by JENNIFER FISHER.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion of the Service or the Site. You agree to release, indemnify, defend, and to hold JENNIFER FISHER and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, or other partners, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs regarding your breach of the Terms and/or any claim or demand made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Site or Service or your violation or alleged violation of any rights of another.

  AGE POLICY

JENNIFER FISHER complies with the Children's Online Privacy Act. Our Site (and links that may be available through our Site), are not intended for persons under the age of eighteen (18). We do not knowingly collect information from such persons.

  GENERAL INFORMATION

The Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and JENNIFER FISHER, superseding any other agreements or understandings between you and JENNIFER FISHER. The Terms and the relationship between you and JENNIFER FISHER shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the federal and state courts located in New York, New York. You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to your use of the Service or the Terms must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred.
